Custom cap embroidery
An embroidered cap puts your branding on a compact, curved surface. Express Studio assesses logo detail, cap structure and placement so the design can be prepared for the specific cap rather than reused without checking.
Design for the shape of the cap
The centre seam, crown height and fabric affect the usable embroidery area. Send a photo or model description of the cap and your proposed placement. Very fine detail and small lettering may need simplification.
Standard stitching and raised effects
Tell us whether you want standard embroidery or would like to discuss a raised 3D puff effect. Not every logo is suitable for puff; broad shapes and clear spacing must be assessed alongside the chosen cap.
Prepare your cap order
Include quantity by cap colour, logo artwork, desired dimensions and the required completion date. Our production and drop-off facility is at Unit A9, Growthpoint Industrial Estate, 1 Bell Street, Meadowdale, 1614, Johannesburg; contact us before arranging drop-off.
Questions about custom cap embroidery
Answers to the details customers often want to settle before requesting a quote.
Can any logo be embroidered on a cap?
Not necessarily at the requested size. Fine text, seams and the curved surface can limit detail. We assess the artwork and cap before confirming the job.
Can I request 3D puff embroidery?
Yes, request an assessment with your logo and cap details. Suitability and any additional preparation are confirmed before quoting.
